About the network
A network that connects people with independent, licensed physical therapists who treat one-on-one in private suites inside FlexWerk at Carmel City Center. It is not a clinic. Each therapist is an independent practice, licensed in Indiana. We make the introduction, make sure the fit is right, and stay out of the treatment room.
Why a network
Great therapists, without the format problem
Anyone who has been through physical therapy knows the usual picture: a big open room, several patients at once, a therapist moving between tables, and a lot of time on your own with a sheet of exercises. The people are good. The format gets in their way, and the best therapists often want out of it.
The network gives those therapists a different way to practise: their own patients, their own decisions, a private fully equipped suite by the hour instead of a lease, and a steady introduction to people who need them. You get the therapist, not the system around the therapist.
How it works
Four things the network promises
Independent therapists
Every therapist in the network runs their own practice. They decide how to evaluate and treat you, keep your records and bill for their care. Nobody here tells a therapist how to practise.
Matching by people
A person reads your questionnaire and proposes the therapist whose clinical focus, schedule and coverage fit. If the first match is wrong, you say so and we try again.
Honest about fit
If what you describe falls outside what therapists in the network take on, or a therapist tells us you should see a physician first, you hear that on the first call instead of being booked anyway.
One room, one patient
Every session in the network happens in a closed private suite equipped for real loading, so rehab can progress all the way to strength.

Your therapist
A licensed physical therapist running an independent practice. They evaluate you, diagnose, treat, write your plan, confirm your insurance benefits, keep your records and bill for their care. Your clinical relationship is with them.
The network
The matching team behind this website. We read your questionnaire, propose the therapist who fits, arrange the first conversation, and check in on how the match is going. We do not provide healthcare and we do not employ therapists.
FlexWerk
The host and the platform. FlexWerk provides the private suites therapists practise in at Carmel City Center and the matching technology behind the network. FlexWerk is also home to independent personal coaches, which is why a therapist can hand you off to a coach next door when rehab ends. Post-rehab strength training.
Where to find us
Every therapist in the network practises at 885 Monon Green Blvd, Suite 120, Carmel, IN 46032, inside Carmel City Center. Steps from the Monon Trail, with garage parking a short walk away. The facility is open Monday to Friday 5 AM to 9 PM and Saturday and Sunday 7 AM to 4 PM, and therapists schedule inside those hours.
Therapists in the network see people from Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Zionsville, Noblesville and north Indianapolis. Directions, parking and contact details.
Every physical therapist in the network is an independent practice, licensed in Indiana and responsible for your evaluation, treatment, records and billing. The network matches and coordinates; it does not provide healthcare and does not employ therapists.
